and shifted to Virtual Meetings. We are still here for you!
This has been a challenging and isolating few year for so many of pregnant families, and we have seen that having an impact on our pregnant and birthing clients. It can be hard to feel connected and fully prepared when many still feel more comfortable with limiting large classes, social gatherings, and more. These measures have been, and for some still are, important, but they can leave you feeling less connected. There are so many questions about how the pandemic still impacts your care and birthing experience. Now, more than ever, families need the expert, personalized support of a doula on their team for a more positive birth and postpartum experience.
The Triangle Doula Collective has virtual opportunities for you to meet our doulas and find the support you are looking for - no matter where you are birthing and what the future may bring. Your doula can help you with additional resources to prepare for birth, be a sounding-board for you to process fears and concerns, help you navigate your options with your birth place and any limiting policies, and be the person who is by your side through the entire process so you don't have to do it alone.

We welcome anyone interested in learning more about the many benefits of doula services or those who are interested in finding the right doula to support them during birth or postpartum.
