One key thing I've learned, as I have gained increasing experience in supporting birth,
is that every journey is unique.
The process of figuring out what my right birth would look like, was transformative. It is what inspired me to become a doula. I love moving through a well supported birth, whatever the details and preferences involved. My own births were right for me. I want to help families discover their preferences, their vision of a good birth experience. I enjoy supporting families that feel the need to be more prepared for moving through labor and birth no matter how it unfolds.
I love working with families of all shapes and sizes, all the different labor and birth options.
My goal is to be a tour guide on your journey into parenthood, help your family in finding their right birth and postpartum. I know that confidence makes all the difference in birth. That level of confidence will not only carry you through your birth, but throughout parenthood too.

Doula Services
Packages range from $1550-$2100
This gives you early labor in home support & birthing place support, unlimited communication via phone, text, or email, 18 years of experience, my knowledge of the resources in the triangle, outline for birth preference (plan) sheet, and more.
My doula services come with:
1 prenatal visits to get to know each other and review your vision of birth and postpartum
Labor and Birth support, and a few hours of Immediate Postpartum Support
1 postpartum to work on infant feeding and postpartum care with the first few days, and review the birth.
My Other Services:
Placenta Encapsulation, Postpartum Doula, Private Holistic Childbirth Classes, and Bridge to Breastfeeding class series.
An experienced doula knows how to step back, and just be present.
