We invite you to join us!

We hold 2 meetings on Zoom during the week & 1 in-person on First Tuesday

First Tuesday 7pm Second Thursday 12pm Third Saturday 3pm

The Triangle Doula Collective offers two virtual sessions on the second Thursday and 3rd Saturday. Starting soon, the first Tuesday will be in-person at the North Carolina Birth Center in Chapel Hill. These meetings are for those interested in learning more about our doula services and connecting with our team. These meetings present an excellent opportunity for potential clients and individuals wishing to meet their backup doulas to ask general questions and gain insights about our process. During these sessions, participants can inquire about topics such as the essentials of doula services, how doulas collaborate with partners and birth teams, and the overall operations of our collective. However, please reserve specific inquiries about individual doulas' fees and details for a formal interview with the doulas you are interested in.

Additionally, these sessions will explain how our backup system operates and how it can be utilized effectively. We encourage our clients to participate in a meeting so that the backup doulas feel more familiar. Our collective is designed to create a supportive network, enabling ongoing communication among our doulas regarding their weekly availability, even when backup services are not in use. If your primary doula is unavailable due to illness or attending another birth, they will help connect you with an available backup. We aim to ensure that this process is smooth and does not add any unnecessary stress for parents. Although we rarely require a backup to attend an entire birth, it is more common for them to be needed for just a few hours.

The 1st Tuesday Meeting is in-person at the NC Birth Center at 7 pm.

We use the classroom space on the first floor, the door is to the right of the elevator.
